Together For Kids and Families

Together for Kids and Families is a five-year grant awarded to the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services in 2003. It’s funded through the State Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (SECCS) Grant Program, administered by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  The goal of this project is to help young children and their families in Nebraska get the best outcomes.  This will be accomplished through planning and partnership among stakeholders.
