MCH RFA Video Conference

The Maternal Child Health RFA provides the instructions and forms necessary to request support of well-developed plans.  The Department is offering several opportunities to receive clarification of this RFA.  A verbal presentation will be made and general questions answered at the statewide videoconference.  Written questions will be accepted through Monday, June 30 with responses provided by Department staff. 

Frequently-asked questions and responses will be posted on this Web page.  The page will also be available to provide any additional information if warranted, and is the location to access this RFA electronically.  Applications must be received or have proof of mailing by Tuesday, July 1, 2008 to be eligible for review.
