Nursing Home Advisory Council

The Nursing Home Advisory Council was established to advise and assist in carrying out the administration of the pdf icon Health Care Facility Licensure Act and the rules, regulations and standards applying to nursing homes. The Council consists of 16 members appointed by the Governor for three-year terms.
