Grounds for Denial/Disciplining a License

The Uniform Licensing Law, provides several grounds by which the Department may deny, refuse renewal of, limit, suspend, or revoke licenses. To view a listing of these grounds go to the Uniform Licensing Law, Neb. Rev. Stat. 71-147 and 71-148.

In addition, grounds to deny and discipline licenses are found in Neb. Rev. Stat. 71-1,163 and 172 NAC 180-009.
