Unprofessional Conduct

In addition to the acts specified in pdf icon Neb. Rev. Stat. § 71-147, of the pdf icon Uniform Licensing Law, actions or practices which fail to conform to accepted standards for massage therapy and which could jeopardize the health, safety and welfare of the patient shall constitute unprofessional conduct by a massage therapist.
