30-Day Psychology Permit

A person holding a doctoral degree in psychology from an institution of higher education who is licensed as a psychologist under the laws of another jurisdiction and if a person provides no more than an aggregate of 30 days of professional services as a psychologist during the 12 month period beginning with the first date of issuance, may be issued a letter to practice.
