Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Renewal Information

All CRNA certifications issued by the Department expire on 10/31 of each even-numbered year. To renew a state certification, the applicant must submit the renewal notice, show evidence of current national certification/recertification and pay the renewal fee of $30 dollars. In addition, a CRNA renewal applicant must have an active RN license in Nebraska or a multi-state license from another compact state. CRNAs who fail to renew their certification will automatically have their state certification placed on a lapsed status.
