What is Child Support?
The Child Support Enforcement Program helps children obtain financial support.
Child support is an amount of money that a parent(s) pays on behalf of their
children. The amount of child support is ordered by the court.
What Services Does Child Support Enforcement provide?
- locating parents;
- establishing paternity;
- establishing a child or medical support order;
- modifying a child or medical support order; and
- enforcing child, spousal and medical support orders
