Nebraska Dental Health Division Water Fluoridation The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) lists community water fluoridation as one of the top 10 public health achievements of the 20th century. The American Dental Association endorses water fluoridation as a safe and effective means of preventing tooth decay.
