Rebate Information
For the school year 2007-08 there are several items will be available
through rebates. These products may be purchased through your distributor such as
Pegler/Sysco Food Services Company, Cash-Wa Distributing, etc. The forms
listing items available for rebates are listed below.
Things to remember when filling out the rebate forms and ordering the
food.
Rebates are given for the listed items only. Do not take
substitutions from the carrier if you want the rebate.
If the form asks for your state recipient agency number or your
recipient agency number, this is your Federal tax ID number. This number can be
found in box A of your offering sheet, box 8 of your bill of lading or box 7 in your
billing statement.
Pay attention to the dates that the form needs to be filled out.
Most of them are 30 days after the purchase date. Most of the companies will wave
this if your rebate is less than $25.00.
