North Central - Region 2

The North Central - Region 2 Continuum of Care is composed of agencies, organizations and individuals located in Cherry, Keya Paha, Boyd, Brown, Rock, Holt, Blaine, Loup, Garfield, Wheeler, Custer, Valley, Greeley, Sherman Howard, Boone, Platte, Colfax, Nance, Merrick, Hall and Hamilton counties.

The North Central Continuum of Care meets bi-monthly; sub-regional groups meet monthly. The Regional CoC meets from 11:00 – 12:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated. The location of the Regional CoC meeting takes place at different locations throughout the region. The sub-regional groups have various meeting times.
