Southeast - Region 4

The Southeast - Region 4 Continuum of Care is composed of agencies, organizations and individuals located in Polk, Butler, Saudners, Sarpy, York, Seward, Lancaster, Cass, Otoe, Adams, Clay, Fillmore, Saline, Webster, Niuckolls, Thayer, Jefferson, Gage, Hohnson, Nemaha, Pawnee and Richardson counties.

The Southeast Continuum of Care meets on a monthly basis in Crete, NE from 9:30 to noon.   A new permanent location is being determined.
