Lincoln - Region 6

Lincoln - Region 6 Continuum of Care is composed of agencies, organizations and individuals located in the city of Lincoln.  The continuum receives staff support from Lincoln's Urban Development Department.

The Lincoln Continuum of Care meets at CEDARS Northbridge Community Center (North 1533 N. 27th Street) the last Friday of every month from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
