Disease and Stroke State Plan 2007-2012
The Nebraska Heart Disease and Stroke State Plan
2007-2012 focuses on heart disease, stroke, and cardiovascular disease risk factors, in
particular high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The priority service areas for the
plan are community, worksite, and healthcare. In addition, the plan identifies the need to
improve state and local capacity and support to address heart disease, stroke and related
risk factors in Nebraska.
