License Information includes Name on License, Address on License, License Number,
Date of Issuance, Date of Expiration or License Billing Date for Early Childhood records,
License Status, Disciplinary Action, etc., and can be accessed by anyone. This version of
the data also contains Examination Information for Nurse Aides.
Federal Controlled Substances (DEA) Registrant Information can be
accessed by Licensing & Regulatory Affairs organizations, hospitals, and pharmacies
after obtaining a User ID and Password. To obtain a User ID and Password contact
Joyce Novak by e-mail at joyce.novak@dhhs.ne.gov.
In addition to General License Information this version of the data contains Federal
Controlled Substances Registration numbers and expiration dates for health care providers
that hold a Nebraska license and have submitted proof of holding such Federal
Registration. Federal controlled substances (DEA) registrant information is
validated on licenses at the time of issuance and updated on a quarterly basis.
Examination Information can be accessed by other state licensing
boards or agencies after obtaining a User ID and Password. To obtain a User ID and

In addition to the General License Information this version of the data contains
examination information for health care providers. This link in NOT for accessing your own
personal examination results nor to register to take an examination.
