Child Care Licenses Revoked

Lincoln—The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Regulation and Licensure recently revoked the licenses of the following child care providers:

• Diane Dierkhising doing business as Diane’s Doodlebugs, 12405 South 218^th Street, Gretna
• Kathy Hinds, 4108 S. 12^th Street, Omaha
• Rhonda Pohl, 4907 Sunset Drive, Ralston (failure to pay fee)
• Linda Butler doing business as Precious Child Care, 3325 Redick Ave, Omaha (failure to pay fee)
• Lisa Connell, 1805 7^th Ave, Nebraska City (failure to pay fee)
• Danielle Phelps, 4454 Jaynes Street, Omaha (failure to pay fee)
• Jaime Olson, 418 Kennedy Ct., Grand Island (failure to pay fee)

Individuals whose licenses to provide child care are revoked, other than for failure to pay a fee, may not operate a child care program for any children and they are not eligible to reapply for a child care license for a period of two years. Those whose licenses are revoked for failure to pay a fee may reapply for a license but must begin again at a provisional level.
