DHHS to Hold Hearing October 4 in Lincoln
Pharmacy technician registration fees
Lincoln The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will hold a
public hearing October 4, 2007, to accept comments on proposed fees for initial and
renewal registration of pharmacy technicians. The hearing will take place in Lincoln at
the State Office Building, 301 Centennial Mall South, Lower Level Conference Room
F, at 9:00 a.m. CT.
Anyone may comment at the hearing or submit comments in writing. Draft regulations are
available online at: http://www.sos.state.ne.us/rules-and-regs/regtrack/index.cgi.
Written comments must be postmarked or received by 5:00 p.m. CT, October 6, 2007. They
should be sent to the DHHS Regulatory Analysis and Integration, 301 Centennial Mall South,
P.O. Box 95026, Lincoln, NE 68509, faxed to 402/742-2382, or e-mailed to Rules.Regs@dhhs.ne.gov.
