Emergency Order Issued to Omaha Child Care Provider

Lincoln—The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services has issued an emergency order immediately suspending the license of an Omaha child care provider.

Denise Smith, doing business as ABC 123 Child Care, 3036 Emmet, Omaha, is prohibited from providing care to any children other than her own.

Emergency orders are issued when necessary to protect the immediate physical well-being and safety of a child in a child care program.
