Eisenhauer Joins DHHS as New Administrator of Norfolk Veterans’
Home
Lincoln – Jerry Eisenhauer, of Lincoln, was recently selected as Administrator
of the Norfolk Veterans’ Home, according to John
Hilgert, Director of the Division of Veterans’ Homes for the Department of Health and
Human Services (DHHS). Eisenhauer started working at the Norfolk Veterans’ Home on
Oct. 1.
"Jerry has 28 years of operations and management experience with various health
care, nursing and rehabilitation centers," said Hilgert. "I look forward to
working with him to ensure that the Norfolk Veterans’ Home continues to provide the
quality care the members deserve."
Eisenhauer’s most recent work experience was executive director of Tabitha Nursing
and Rehabilitation Center. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kearney State College,
Kearney, Nebraska, with dual majors in Business Administration and Economics and has
completed post graduate studies in Gerontology.
