Contact one of these people.  Workers do not need to take this test to get their individual certificate.

green ball EPA National Lead Information Center The National Lead Information Center (NLIC) provides the general public and professionals with information about lead hazards and their prevention. NLIC operates under a contract with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), with funding from EPA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
green ball EPA Renovation Law Beginning April 22, 2010 federal law will require that contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified in the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP) and follow specific work practices to reduce human exposures to lead.
