- The Office of Radiological Health will post current information and news here for our licensees and registrants.
All licensee and registrants are required to complete and have on file a "United States Citizenship Attestation Form" per Neb. Rev. §§ 4-108 through 4-114. On July 11, 2009 changes to the Nebraska regulations Nebraska Regulations "Control of Radiation" Title 180 became effective. Changes were made to Chapter 1-10, 13-15, and 17-19 and Chapters 20 & 21 were added. Chapter 22 and 23 were added earlier in 2009. Forms and Regulatory Guides have been updated to reflect the changes in Title 180. Notices sent to Licensees
