Swimming Pool Program

In 1960, the Nebraska Legislature passed the Swimming Pool Act.  In accordance with the Swimming Pool Act,  the Swimming Pool Program provides effective regulation of swimming pools.  The Swimming Pool Program activities include licensing and inspecting facilities. Program staff work to ensure the safety of swimming pools in the state.
